WPN Membership Booth Volunteer

The Membership Booth serves as Washington Park Neighbors' welcome center during Washington Park Wednesdays. Volunteers help visitors learn about WPN, encourage membership and donations, answer basic questions, and serve as friendly ambassadors for the park, neighborhood, and concert series.

 Time Commitment: One 2- to 3-hour shift per event (Wednesdays, July–August) from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

 Location: Membership Tent, near the Washington Park Bandshell

 

 

During the Evening:

• Greet attendees and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Share information about Washington Park Neighbors, Washington Park Wednesdays, and neighborhood programs.

• Assist visitors with completing online membership sign-ups.

• Hand out flyers, stickers, buttons, and other promotional materials.

• Encourage donations using the QR code provided (no cash handling required).
